Clark Metro Development Corporation hires new executive director

(Plain Press, September 2007) The Board of Clark Metro Development Corporation announced on July 30, 2007 the appointment of Maria R. Davila as its new Executive Director.

Davila is the first Hispanic director of a local development corporation in the city of Cleveland. She is a graduate of Ohio University and recently received a Masters in International Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.

“We are delighted to have someone with the background and skills of Director Davila who is also a lifelong resident of this area as our new Executive Director,” said Board President Randy Buchko. “Her enthusiasm and drive are exactly what we need. We also want to thank John Fennelly for his service as Interim Director and appreciate his continued assistance to our organization.”
