Answer: Through a neighborhood initial survey, it was determined
that people want information about employment, educational opportunities, health
care solutions, child care listings, and affordable housing.

Answer:From internal experts and through suggestions by the community.

Question: Is NeighborhoodLink the answer to all our problems?
Answer: Not at all. Access to information through
computers will allow neighborhood people to have more control over their lives
and their communities. Strong families in strong neighborhoods is a matter of
developing and sustaining personal relationships. NeighborhoodLink is a tool,
but not a substitute for the building of communities person-to-person.
