Council for Economic Opportunities of Greater Cleveland - Housing Services Office
Cuyahoga County residents facing eviction, foreclosure or homelessness may be eligible for financial assistance for rent deposits, mortgage payments etc.
Care Alliance
Care Alliance provides free medical care and social services to people who are homeless in greater Cleveland through its Health Care for the Homeless Program

The Domestic Violence Center
The Domestic Violence Center is committed to ending domestic violence through shelter, education and services that foster peaceful relationships.

Project ACT - Cleveland Municipal School District
The CMSC Project ACT provides direct instructional support services to children and youth residing in temporary emergency shelters.

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Resources
HUD offers assistance to homeless individuals as well as support to local organizations providing a broad range of services, including shelter, food, counseling, and jobs skills programs.
Department of Health and Human Services Resources

Department of Veterans Affairs - Homeless Veterans Resources
The Department of Veterans Affairs provides assistance to homeless individuals as well as organizations administering homeless advocacy programs. Visit their resources page for more details.
National Organizations
National Coalition for the Homeless
The goal of the Nation Coalition for the Homeless is to end homelessness by focusing upon the areas of housing, economic, and health care justice as well as civil rights.
National Health Care for the Homeless Council
The council works to establish universal access to health care, permanent infrastructure for affordable housing, livable wages for workers, and assistance programs for individuals and families with disabilities.
National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty
The mission of the Law Center is to prevent and end homelessness by serving as the legal arm of the nationwide movement to end homelessness.
