The Cleveland Fix-Up Fund offers low interest rates and extended payment options designed to fit your monthly budget, with no application fees and no closing cost.
Cleveland Action to Support Housing, Inc. Programs
Cleveland Action to Support Housing (C.A.S.H.)-Offers very low interest rate renovation and Purchase-Rehab loans for housing located within the City of Cleveland. Owner occupants and investors are welcome. No income restrictions, 12 year maximum term, minimum loan amount of $3,000, no maximum. 216.621.7350
