Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland (CEOGC) is the Grantee for Head Start programs housed in seven Neighborhood Centers which provides proficient early childhood services to 3 to 5 year old children and their families. Half day classes operate four days a week with morning and afternoon sessions. A comprehensive educational environment is provided based on the development needs of the child. Parent involvement is emphasized through education, health and nutrition activities. Head Start serves children with disabling conditions and welcomes their participation.
