LHC, in partnership with Mt. Pleasant Now Development Corporation, is constructing 90 homes in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of Cleveland. One development, along Kingsburry Boulevard, will consist of an estimated 40 single family houses for sale to moderate income buyers. An additional 50 single family homes, available to low income renters, will be constructed on scattered sites in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. The houses offer 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, a full basement, and an attached two-car garage.
