Since 1973, Lutheran Housing Corporation (LHC), a private, not-for-profit organization, has helped Greater Cleveland residents secure and maintain quality, affordable housing. To do this, LHC provides and coordinates services that address different housing issues.
LHC works closely with community groups, city governments, federal programs, area lenders, and other housing agencies to help residents achieve the dream of owning and keeping their own homes. Organizations nationwide have consulted with LHC to learn how it is making homeownership and quality housing possible for low and moderate income families.
