Mill Creek is the largest single family housing development being built in the City of Cleveland in over 50 years. This 217-unit single-family housing development is located on Turney Road in the Broadway neighborhood of Cleveland. Combining turn of the century architectural styles reminiscent of wonderful historic Cleveland neighborhoods with modern conveniences that make new housing so attractive to buyers, Mill Creek is a unique blend of the old and new.

The Mill Creek, a beautiful 9-mile long stream which runs through the development, feeds the 45-foot tall Mill Creek Falls less than a half mile away. The Mill Creek Development offers amenities to homeowners usually found "outside of town" yet is only minutes from I-77 and I-90. There are three housing types offered within the Mill Creek Development, each with numerous floorplans and elevations. Link to the photo pages illustrating the three types of homes available.

Reaching the Mill Creek Development is quick and easy from any part of Cleveland. From I-480 take I-77 north. Exit at Harvard Avenue and go east to Broadway. Take Broadway southeast to Turney Road and follow the signs.

Main Street Homes are attached single-family homes designed to capture the grandeur and character of the old homes along Cleveland's beautiful boulevards.

Courtyard Homes range in size from 1,400 to 2,100 square feet, each with an attached two-car garage connected at the rear of the home, accessed by service courts.

Creekside Homes, built on wider lots, are the largest in the development, ranging from 1,700 to 2,600 square feet in size. Most backyards of the Creekside Homes will adjoin the preserved parkland area of the site and have views of Mill Creek.

Some models will have family rooms, first floor master bedrooms, and lofts available.

Mill Creek is being developed by the Broadway Area Housing Coalition, a non-profit housing development organization and Zaremba Cleveland Communities, a well-known Cleveland-area builder and developer with participation by the City of Cleveland. Architectural design is by City Architecture and landscape design by Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens. The City of Cleveland has granted a 15-year tax abatement to homeowners at Mill Creek. Mortgage loans are being provided by National City Bank and Key Bank at 1 ½ points below market rate.

The Mill Creek Sales and Information Center on the site is open every Saturday through Thursday from 12 (noon) to 6:00 PM. A model home is now open. Reservations for lots are still being accepted. For more information, call the Broadway Area Housing Coalition at 429-1182, or e-mail at BAHC.
