Question: What is the current status of NeighborhoodLink?
Answer: Due to a lack of funding, the NeighborhoodLink website is no longer maintained and may be removed in the near future. Large portions of the site may be out-of-date, incomplete and/or inaccurate. See the disclaimer for details.
Question: What is NeighborhoodLink?
Answer: An interactive communications network - A place where people can find information, resources and solutions to everyday concerns through a neighborhood friendly computer system.
Question: How can I find information about a specific topic?
Answer: Use the menu on the left hand side of the homepage or the NeighborhoodLink Search Engine to search for your topic.
Question: Where can I use NeighborhoodLink?
Answer: Anywhere there is a computer with access to the Internet.
Question: Who is involved in NeighborhoodLink?
Answer: NeighborhoodLink is made possible by a partnership between Cleveland State University's Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs and the Center for Community Solutions. These organizations as well as local businesses, community service providers, social service agencies, educational institutions and government entities contribute content for NeighborhoodLink.
Question: What information do Cleveland area residents want?
Answer: Through a initial neighborhood survey, it was determined that people want information about employment, educational opportunities, health care solutions, child care listings and affordable housing.
Question: How is information on NeighborhoodLink developed?
Answer: From internal experts and through suggestions by the community. Suggestion for content can be submitted to NeighborhoodLink using the Suggest a Link feature.
