To meet the changing needs of patients, our continuum of care includes transitional care, rehabilitation, sub-acute care, skilled nursing care, assisted living and referral assistance for home care and other services. | St. Augustine Towers offers gracious and affordable assisted living. Several styles of suites are available with different rates, sizes, and views to meet individual residents' preferences. All residents receive the same great services including three chef-prepared meals daily, housekeeping service, medication monitoring, twenty-four hour security and more. The all-inclusive monthly rates start under $800. | |

Licensed physicians are welcome to follow their patients throughout their stay at St. Augustine Manor or may refer the case to our Medical Director. Referring physicians will be kept informed of treatment and care plans of their patients. | Daily Mass, and non-denominational services are held in our beautiful chapels. Our resident Chaplains provide spiritual guidance and support to residents and their families. St. Augustine Manor welcomes people of all faiths. |

| St. Augustine Manor has a long tradition of volunteerism. Over 200 volunteers provide services such as patient transportation, friendly visiting, menu selection, office assistance, gardening, field trips, and special events. One volunteer group, The Coterie of St. Augustine Manor, has raised over $400,000 over the years through the operation of the Coterie Boutique.
